Only slowly I am able to come out with this story thanks to this small support I get from outside. You have being able to read my last two post where chemicals have being found in drinking water that burned my skin and left lifelong damage and those are damaging/destroying also soft tissues. But alas that issue is much bigger then you ever would like it to be. Writing this post gives me a sense of liberation.
Speak The Truth - It's Vital!

I've read a few stories of people who expose criminal doing by governments and can see how they are crushed. Edward Snowden is an example how to protect yourself but others like Julian Assange (Wikileaks) and Chelsea Manning and the Swiss banker Rudolf Elmer (Tax evasion through Swiss Banks) are examples of their brutal ending by rotting in prison. I am sure there are many unknown cases of Whistleblowers whose life have being destroyed, committed suicide, or are otherwise unable to speak out again due to threats to their life and the life of their families. Such hard times have increased since the emergence of the Internet.
Based on such many real Whistleblower being send into oblivion and the thread to my life because of what I now know today based of what happen to me personally, I had to find ways to keep me as safe as possible. I am giving you a clue how my life insurance looks like. At first view you may find this maybe hilarious, awkward, crazy, maybe even filled with nonsense. But I guarantee this sort of life insurance works nicely and it doesn't even cost a penny. So lets dive into this.
Why do I need a life insurance in the first place? Reading my Telegram channel (t.me/MECsan_me) or MECsan's Newsletter on Substack gives you some clues, but that is just the smaller part. Of course, as I have gone through all the shit but wasn't able to publish due to Mainstream Social Media (MsSM) taking me down, I now have a little help from outside that is supportive of me finally talking publicly of those outrageous crimes. I don't blame my reader for not recognizing the dimension of what is coming - I do. I lived it!
Let me update you first with this brief timeline on those happenings. Since early 2016 I am under constant chemical attacks. As I have to figure out myself whats wrong, I only can react after the attacks happened and then take measures to prevent them from happening again. First it was food (2016) around my place I live that was laced, then in coffee (2016) also near my place I went regularly. When I was able to shut those down, they broke into my apartment several times (2017) and laced food, water, and my Camelbak (the water bubble you use for long distance running). This was ongoing - in smaller but with higher intensity till August 2018. That period of attacks left me nearly paralyzed. When I was back on my feet and was able to start running again (April 2019) my environment was purposefully contaminated with a chemical that diminished breathing ability (well before Covid). Let me say this again, "they spread the chemical in plain sight, in plain public view" where anyone who was at that location was affected; children, elderly, woman, man. When I figured out how this happened I was able to document the person doing this. He vanished since then. When I was able to run better again (sub 6 min over 10 km in September and December 2019) I was days after attacked again - on the road in plain sight and among anyone being there at that moment. But this time they wanted to be sure to complete their job and fulfill their wish to have me down for good. 2020 was the year of rage by the perpetrators. That resulted in several "publicly" staged chemical attack phases (well-understood even during the Covid pandemic and during the lockdown period) and those lasted several weeks each time including the one where drinking water "again" was contaminated (August 2020) that burned my skin and left lifelong damages (see my BREAKING News). The last week of November 2020 after coming back from holiday on my second run early morning I was again attacked (caught on tape). Then on 1st of December 2020 I broke my fibula bone in an early morning run (read here). Today we believe - we can strongly assume that this was a direct result due to the weakened soft tissues - ligaments and tendons are soft tissues (read here). And even when I was tide down and unable to run (January 2021) I was attacked several times with a chemical that trashed my pulmonary ability within minutes and literally left me breathless. Again this chemical was spread in full public view even during a time when so many nations and people struggle to contain this Covid pandemic. And last but not least - as I write down those lines for this post, those attacks are ongoing - just 2 days ago I was attacked and have the perpetrator on video. Over those many years we could accumulate a larger set of various documents that supports what is said here.
During those five plus (5+) years I was exposed to around 10 big and impacting chemical attacks and uncounted smaller one that resulted in me being nearly killed four times (1x 2017, 1x 2018, 2x 2020), health and physical abilities decimated by a large percentage. Death is not always physical. Death can have various appearances. All those happenings resulted in me trying to find a solution how to protect myself from being silently made to disappear. Unfortunately you are powerless to make them stop unless the Government steps in and arrests all those. From this perspective, that situation resulted in this Life Insurance through Social Media since many years now. I hope you get that point and agree there is a necessity to tell that story in more detail so anyone can be ready and know what to watch out for.
Social Media can be a curse and sometimes a big big help - if done right. Here I tell you how the framework looks like but - you sure understand - no details. If you want to copy it, be my guest. Feel free to take all that knowledge and ameliorate it for your own needs.
-- Your Asset: if you are in possession of material and/or news and/or experiences that expose the perpetrators, then you need a "Life Insurance". This is sort of a deterrent or roadblock to not let the perpetrator go unchallenged against you.
-- Your Tool: the simple version - a mobile phone or computer and your social media account or any SM accounts.
-- Your Objective: stay in view in those SM so certain people can read you. Send a clear message to the perpetrators to back down (at best) and you staying alive.
-- Your Redline: attack my Hardware, steal my technology, break in and take all data (wont help anyway), hijack my Social Media accounts, bribe/"convince" my provider to block me to use the internet, shadowban/deplatform me on any Social Media (SM), (based on my case) continue your chemical runs that further trashes my health or worse, continue interfering in me making meats-end, when I can't run anymore (will write a separate post on this) or my running is further deteriorating. That and other points will cause a trigger (see below). You are free to expand this list to suite your need and requirements and adjust it over time to reflect new realities.
-- Your Trigger: well the trigger is simple, details intentionally left out. If I can't communicate anymore, can't give feedback at the right place right time right sequence, if I decide just to stop communicating - that is really bad for some folks and shit is then going their way. On 30th of January 2020 I posted an open letter to the perpetrator that I dub #PetHus. I told him then to back off as it is "only a matter of time and circumstances" my asset will be released. He was so triggered that he directly attacked my devices and trashed them. That is where my Life Insurance just got even better. Will sure not happen anymore.
-- Your Timeframe: the time from trigger till exposure is all up to you. Remember this, the exposure is triggered (see Redline above) when you can't do anything anymore because you are arrested, subdued with chemicals or worse you are killed. That time span is all up to you. Keep it as a surprise and the exposure is hitting the perpetrators when they expect it the least.
The basics (see above) of this Life Insurance is a good start. If you need to implement one, start with this. Once you get used to "up the ante" - raise the stakes, make it more difficult to be stopped. How much? It's all in your mind how difficult you want to make it. But be careful, don't over do it, don't make it complicated, don't bring it to a point where you get tired of managing it. Here is how to raise your stakes;
-- Hardware: getting your mobiles off the Google grid as much as you can. This means no Android custom ROM, no Apple iOS. Computers need to get off the Microsoft grid as well as much as you can. I am not a friend of Apple for those tasks. Nothing is standard. Use Tor, VPN, Tails you name it. Remember, there is no 100% guaranty for absolute security and privacy. But you can make it so hard for the oppressors that they are going to be busy figuring out your strategy, connections and the content of your asset.
-- Software: first, keep your ordinary SM (e.g. Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, Line et al.) to keep your life insurance alive. Then increase your secure messaging by adding alternative Social Media that no one can ban you. Expand your Life Insurance to those alternative SM. There are new and well advanced communication tools operating in decentralized networks and even Mesh Networks. The advantage; no servers, no mobile numbers, no emails. Keep your hands off Google, Microsoft, Apple any their app stores. Keep a clear mind - you need to be invisible as much you can over the longest possible period. Start with searching for words like "degoogling". Work yourself through the many results, read, watch video, chat with others. Make your homework!
I hope this Life Insurance gives you an idea how to protect yourself when you hold an asset that endangers your existence. Stay safe, stay smart, stay ahead.
On March 24th 2021 I published an unexpected finding that showed an "Unknown Substance Found" in drinking water I bought and that burned my skin to the point of lifelong damage.
Now I have news that indicates the direction we can look for further investigations. The chemicals found seems to have a very specific purpose.
Latest analysis and researches now have shown the following; "That Substance Found Damages Soft Tissues and robs the body of its Vitamin D". To be honest, at this point we do not know the extend of damage the chemical is producing.
That is a big deal. I briefly explain why.
Think of what "Soft tissues" are. Here the most important that comes to my mind; Blood Vessel, Ligaments, Tendons, Muscles, Lung, Heart, Nerve Cell, Skin Tissues or call it Skin Fabrics. Soft tissues connects/surrounds/supports organs and bones. Soft tissues fulfill a vital role to keep your body functioning (such as heart, lung, blood vessel) and make sure strength and mobility is properly balanced over all joints and any other body parts.
Vitamin D is a very important vitamin that protects the body from various illnesses. As I spend at least 60 minutes but on average 100 minutes a day in sun light, it is unexplained why my Vitamin D values are barely above the minimum requirements.
As I said, this news I keep short and will write more about it at a later date.
But for your own understanding, try to combine what I just wrote here and me breaking my foot bone rather unexpected in early December 2020. I was promised that more analysis and researches will be done.
Questions we like to see answered; [1] Can the origin of the chemical be found? [2] what are the long term consequences to the body when this chemical is induced in higher doses (like in my case) or if those are induced over a longer period? [3] Is this a standard or tailored chemical?
